"Customer service was genuinely helpful"
I had a quick question about my order, and the support team got back to me sooner than I expected. They explained things in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel awkward for not knowing.
The whole process was easy and stress free. Then out of nowhere I was like, wow, this is exactly how customer service should be. I’ve used Scribendi before, but this support experience is what made me want to write a review.

"Ordering worked, but it stressed me out more than expected"
The order form did work in the end, but it was more confusing than I expected. A few steps weren’t very clear, and I had to stop and figure out the pricing and how to upload my file. It only took a few minutes, but it added some unnecessary stress to what should’ve been a simple order.

"Pretty fair price for the help I got"
I used Scribendi for a work document, the price didn’t feel unfair at all. The edits were clear without being too much, and they saved me a bunch of time. I’ve definitely paid more before and didn’t get nowhere near as helpful feedback, so this felt like a solid value. I’d use them again when I need another set of eyes on something.

"Got it back faster than expected"
I was in a bit of a rush to get my document edited, and Scribendi actually returned it sooner than I thought they would. Uploading everything was straightforward, and the edited file showed up on time with no weird hassle. It wasn’t some dramatic life-changing thing, but it saved me a lot of stress, which I appreciated.

"Editor really knew their stuff"
The edits were super helpful, and it was obvious the editor actually knew the topic well. They caught things I wouldn’t have noticed and made the whole piece feel much stronger.

"Good editing, but not totally consistent"
I used Scribendi for a short paper, and overall the editing was fine. They cleaned up a lot of grammar issues and smoothed out a few awkward sentences, so the paper definitely read better afterward.
That said, I still noticed a few things that seemed like they were missed, and some of the comments felt a little too general to be very helpful. For the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail. It was not a bad experience, but it was not amazing either.
